  The Department of Command and Leadership is one of six teaching departments of the Command and General Staff School of the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth Kansas.  
     
  MISSION: Prepare Field Grade officers to lead and command organizations and serve as a source of leadership expertise within the military.
